Visual summary of using menopause tools and interpreting results safely. Topic: What Menopause Phase Am I In?.

How this works

If your periods still come but are irregular alongside symptoms, you may be in perimenopause. More than 12 months without a period means you have reached menopause and are now postmenopausal. If this happens before age 45, it may be early menopause and is worth a doctor's review.

Interpreting your result

Perimenopause: transitional phase, symptoms often worst, use contraception. Postmenopause: long-term prevention (osteoporosis, heart). Discuss with obstetrics and gynaecology specialist for personal treatment.
