We make mistakes sometimes. When that happens, we correct openly.
How to report
When the official email channel is published, send the article URL, incorrect claim, and suggested correction with a reference where possible.
For feedback, factual corrections, or privacy enquiries, our editorial, corrections, and privacy policies explain how we handle each request.
Response time
We respond within 5 business days. Confirmed corrections are published in the same window.
How corrections appear
- Minor (typos, dates): silently updated with new
dateModified. - Factual: correction note at article footer with date and reference.
- Safety claims: prominent warning box at the top of the article.
Correction versus withdrawal
If a cited study has been retracted, or if our content is materially wrong, we may withdraw the article entirely with a public note and 301 redirect to a related topic.
