Data we do not collect

Cookies and consent

This site uses Google Analytics 4 for aggregate usage statistics. We show a cookie-consent banner, and analytics runs only after you click "Accept". You can decline at any time, and Google Analytics 4 does not store your full IP address. See our Cookie Policy for details.

Sensitive health information

Panduan Menopaus is an education site. We do not ask readers to submit menstrual history, test results, identity-card numbers, hospital records, or personal treatment details through public forms. If you share health information by email, avoid unnecessary detail and do not use email for emergencies.

Affiliate links

This site uses Shopee affiliate links on some product recommendations. When you click such a link and leave this site, Shopee may set its own cookies - see Shopee's privacy policy. We may earn a small commission from qualifying purchases, at no extra cost to you.

Use the official privacy channel when it is published.

For feedback, factual corrections, or privacy enquiries, our editorial, corrections, and privacy policies explain how we handle each request.

Data retention

We do not run a newsletter and do not store a reader email list at this time. If you email us, that message is retained in the email inbox used to respond to your request. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing.

Correction or deletion requests

If you previously contacted us and want a message corrected or deleted, include the approximate date and channel used. We will make a reasonable effort to identify the record. Some records may need to be retained for legal compliance, safety, dispute handling, or evidence of factual corrections.
