Kegel or pelvic floor exercises are tightening and releasing of pelvic floor muscles - support for bladder, uterus, and rectum. For menopausal women, pelvic floor weakens with estrogen loss, causing urinary leakage and vaginal looseness. Daily training (3 sets of 10 reps) for 6-12 weeks shows significant improvement. Can be done anywhere without equipment.
