Night Sweats in menopause
Night sweats are hot flushes occurring during sleep, often soaking clothes and bedding. They're a primary cause of sleep disruption in perimenopause and early postmenopause. Unlike normal sweating, night sweats typically cause full waking, then difficulty returning to sleep. Malaysian hot climate worsens this - cooling pillows, breathable fabrics, and 22-24°C room temperature can help.
